Layout - Rock Sand Villa 

Rock Sand Villa features a bohemian-inspired, tranquil design, with thoughtfully curated spaces that invite relaxation throughout. With a total indoor area of 120 sq. m, Rock Sand Villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms.

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living room adorned with a cozy sofa, a 49” Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a wine cooler, while next to the living room area, there is an indoor dining area with a spacious corner sofa and chairs for 8 people.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can be arranged as two single-size beds (0.90 m x 2.00m) upon request, 32" HDTV, a self-controlled A/C, a wardrobe, and access to the outdoor area.

Bedroom 2: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 32" HDTV, a self-controlled A/C, a wardrobe, and access to the outdoor area.

Lastly, you will find an independent bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as a convenient laundry room.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of Rock Sand Villa can be reached directly from the living room and offers a variety of facilities, including:

- A private, 60 sq. m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice.

- The pool area is equipped with 2 sun beds,  2 poufs, and a poolside shower

- BBQ facilities with a gas grill 

- Spacious outdoor dining area under the shade of the pergola for 10 people

- Outdoor sitting area with a sofa and armchairs for 10 people

- Well-equipped gym area with a treadmill, elliptical machine, and dumbbells

- Hammam room with a rain shower for moments of relaxation and rejuvenation

- 1 WC in the gym area

- Parking space for 4 cars inside the villa premises

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.

White Sand Villa features a bohemian-inspired, tranquil design, with thoughtfully curated spaces that invite relaxation throughout. With a total area of 180 sq. m, White Sand Villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.

Indoors - Ground Floor

Upon entering the ground floor of the White Sand Villa, you will find an open-plan living room with a sofa, a ceiling fan, an A/C,  and a 50” Smart TV, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, this level boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a wine cooler, along with an indoor dining area for 6 guests and a half bathroom. 

Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 42" Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, a wardrobe, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower and a clothes washer. 

First Floor 

Ascending to the first floor, you will find the three bedrooms: 

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) that can be arranged as two single-size beds (0.80 m x 2.00m) upon request, a 42" Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, a  wardrobe,  balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower

Bedroom 3: This master bedroom boasts a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a 42" Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom also features a bathtub in the room. Furthermore, this room opens to the private balcony with a mini corner pool and sitting area, offering a secluded haven for relaxation.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of White Sand Villa can be reached directly from the living room area and offers facilities including:

- A private, 30 sq. m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep, with step access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice.

- The pool area is equipped with 3 sun beds and 4 poufs

- BBQ facilities with a BROIL KING gas grill.

- Outdoor dining area for 6 people 

- Outdoor lounge area for 10 people with a fire pit
